ASEAN INFRASTRUCTURE SET TO SPARK THE BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY BOOM IN SOUTHEAST ASIA
A healthy spread of construction projects supports the stability of the Asian markets. The share between residential, industrial and infrastructural projects is almost evenly distributed. By government intervention there is a slight majority of projects on the infrastructure side. Almost all ASEAN countries are expected to increase their budgets for infrastructure in the next five years.

Many Indonesian infrastructure-related firms have also received capital injections from the government and have good revenue outlooks. The process of enabling realistic building, construction and architectural visualizations will become the cornerstone of good communications to governments, policy decision-makers, potential buyers and any common folks.
THE GROWTH OF ENGINEERING R&D IN ASEAN
Aerospace, automotive, robotics, energy, manufacturing, software and some other industries heavily rely on engineering services. Industrial robots are one of those trends that has grown significantly among ASEAN manufacturing. Studies reveal that engineering-oriented value chain (EOVC) companies are currently the largest adopters of robotics, primarily due to the complexity of the products and manufacturing processes used. Design process becomes a key during R&D phase. Newly turned-mainstream industry such as drones are also taking flight in South-east Asia. As new ideas and start-ups are built around drone engineering and technology, the need for an industrial-ready design is of ever more paramount importance. 3D printing is also something that is fast becoming a common site. With significant reduction in printer costs, bringing 3D objects into the real world is for everyone, anyone. 3D modeling skills is the new skill to acquire as compared to the type-writing skill when keyboard first appear.
